Q: How do I become an ActiveRewards member?
A:
You can sign up at any MC Sports location, or pick up a Rewards
card at your local MC Sports and sign up online at your convenience.
Q:
How do I earn points?
A: You earn points on all qualifying in-store
merchandise purchases. $1 equals 1 point. Points cannot be earned
on online purchases, gift cards or sales tax.
Q: I lost my Rewards
certificate, can I get a new one?
A: No, we are unable to replace
Rewards certificates.
Q: How will I earn a reward?
A: Use your ActiveRewards card when you make a
purchase (or return) at any MC Sports location and receive 1
point for every $1 you spend on merchandise (excluding tax).
When you reach 500 points, you'll have earned a $15 Rewards certificate,
which will be sent to you in the mail.
Q:
What happens if I have more than 500 points?
A: If you have more
than 500 points, you will receive one (1) $15 Rewards certificate
for each 500 points, the remaining points will rollover towards
your next reward.
Q: My Rewards certificate expired before I could
use it. Will you still honor it?
A: No, we are unable to accept
Rewards certificates past the expiration date. Fortunately, you
have 12 months to use your Rewards certificate.
Q: What if I forget
my ActiveRewards card at home, can I still earn my points?
A:
Yes, inform an MC Sports associate at the register that you are
an ActiveRewards member. They will identify your account number
and your points will be added to your account.
Q: I lost my ActiveRewards card. How can I
get another?
A: If you've lost your ActiveRewards card, you
will need to fill out a new enrollment form the next time you
visit our store. Complete the enrollment form using the same
first name, last name and address as your original account and
we will automatically combine your accounts. Submit your new
enrollment form to a MC Sports associate at the register and
he or she will give you your new card.
Q: I’m an ActiveRewards member, but I’d
prefer not to be contacted via mail or e-mail for anything
other than my Rewards certificate. How can I be sure I do not
receive these?
A: As an ActiveRewards member, one of your benefits
is to receive exclusive promotional email offers. You can opt
out of these email promotions by following the steps at the bottom
of the email.
Q: Will my ActiveRewards points ever expire?
A:
Yes, all points not redeemed through an ActiveRewards certificate
shall automatically expire after two years.
Q: If I use my MC
Sports credit card, will I receive ActiveRewards points?
A: Yes,
for every $1 you spend regardless of payment method, you will
earn 1 point. |
